With the year half gone, we thought this was a good time to check in and take another look at the trends we touched on in our January blog post.
Five Years and Still Going Strong
This month, we are celebrating five very successful years, and winning our second Dealers' Choice Award. We’ve worked hard to create a culture where agents’ feedback is welcomed and encouraged, and we do our best to incorporate that into our offerings. We’ve completely redone our forms with simpler language and dramatically reduced exclusions. We’ve taken an innovative approach to claims, setting goals for claims approvals and strong customer service. We create custom marketing materials for our agents and dealers on the fly. And in every department, from the top on down, we answer our phones.
Summer Series: An Interview with Matt Johnson
Matt Johnson is not the type of person to take it easy. He is the owner and operator of the Holiday Auto Group, which includes both Ford and Chevrolet locations, a Defender Outdoors location — which includes both a retail component as well as a shooting range — and a Napa Auto Parts store. He works hard, and he expects the products and providers he brings into his company to do the same.
