It’s almost that time of year again: the annual Industry Summit at the Paris Las Vegas. RoadVantage is gearing up for another great show, and looking forward to a few especially exciting moments.

First and foremost, we’re looking forward to meeting with individuals one-on-one to discuss how we can provide a better experience for agents, dealers and their customers. For those interested in talking to us, please schedule a meeting here.

We’re also looking forward to hearing some of the speakers at the show. A few highlights we’re excited about:

  • Steve Amos from GSFSGroup will give the morning keynote address on Career Success and the State of F&I. GSFSGroup is one of our valued partners, and Steve will be detailing his 10-year outlook for our industry, and what he believes are the keys to long-term success in F&I. We believe this is going to be a great, can’t-miss presentation.
  • On Wednesday afternoon, at 2:15, we are excited to hear the panel session called Trainers Sound Off, where panelists will go in depth into the issues surrounding how we market and sell F&I products, which is a topic no one in the industry — not providers, agents or dealers — can afford to ignore. We recently wrote a blog post about consumer perceptions of the dealership experience and what that means for the F&I office, and we are excited to hear these trainers’ take on the best ways to prepare for the future.
  • The closing keynote of the show will be given by Jimmy Atkinson, from AUL Corp. He will be taking a closer look at the preowned market, and how F&I can better serve those customers, which is a topic we believe is highly relevant in today’s market.

Of course, we’re also excited about the Dealers’ Choice Awards, which will be given out at 4:30pm on Wednesday, ending another Industry Summit. We are honored that RoadVantage has won Platinum for F&I Products, recognizing our commitment to our agents and dealers. This is an incredible honor, and we are humbled to be recognized once again this year. It is a testament to our hard-working employees and their dedication to our company, our products and our mission that has gotten us to where we are today, and continues to propel us forward.

We can’t wait to see everyone there, and we look forward to meeting with you and sharing this experience with you. Stay tuned in the weeks to come for a post-event update, where we’ll share the trends and insights that stand out the most once the dust has time to settle. Until then, we’ll see you in Las Vegas!
